Thank you for visiting us on the Internet. Partners for Citizenship & Character (PCC) is an association of parents, students, educators, business and community leaders working together to encourage the qualities of citizenship and character.
PCC was established in 1997 in the City of Worthington, Ohio. As increasing numbers of people recognized the need to encourage qualities of citizenship and character throughout our community (and especially in our youth), the organization grew significantly.
PCC currently maintains relationships with a wide variety of Worthington-area institutions, including the Worthington Public Library, Worthington Chamber of Commerce, Worthington School District, the City of Worthington, various churches, synagogues, and local newspapers. PCC also regularly participates in statewide conferences on the subject of character.
PCC was incorporated in the State of Ohio in February 1997 and has been given 501(c)(3) status as a non-profit organization by the Internal Revenue Service. All donations to PCC are tax deductible.
Over the years, PCC has been included in grant-supported endeavors in order to strengthen character education within Ohio schools.
